The DG Global Web Based Solution
DG Global has developed a proprietary software solution that is specifically designed for the ITAD industry. Our solution allows our customers to track their excess assets from initial release to final disposition. You will be able to follow all stages of our process whether the material is being recycled, purchased, or remarketed.
We developed our software and web-based system so all levels of detail on your excess equipment can be logged and posted on to our secure website. This documentation can include, but is not limited to, manufacturer’s part numbers, serial numbers, asset tags, certificates of destruction and recycle. We also provide detailed inventory reports as well as an audit trail. This information is available 24/7 via email login and password.
Our solution allows multiple users to access our web-based system to review all the critical documents. Summary reports are available, by site location, providing historical data by quarter, biannual, or annually. Since we have developed our own software there are very few limitations on what features can be added or customized. We continue to enhance our system based on input from our customers which is an ongoing process.
